Once you place your order for your kit, the phlebotomist will reach out to schedule your appointment within 3 business days.
We currently do not accept insurance for concierge in-home testing, but all major credit cards and FSA cards are accepted.
We have multiple tests available that you can add a la carte in addition to your panels. Take a look at the "Available Tests" tab on the home page.
Results will be sent through the online patient portal, and you will receive an email notification when they are ready.
Lab results are typically available within 24-48 hours of collection, but certain tests might take a little longer. If you have a question about when your lab results will be available, please email info@mssclinical.com or call 561-569-2345.
Our complimentary in home testing is available from Vero Beach to Miami, however, if you are outside of this service area, we can still ship you a kit at an additional charge. Please note, there may be an additional draw fee associated with this kit depending on where you go to be drawn.
No, we designed our panels to be ordered based on your needs without a medical provider.
If any of your results are abnormal, we will connect you with one of our trusted providers from our network for a consultation of your lab results.
If you have a provider that you want us to send the results to, please put it in your order notes, or let your phlebotomist know the name and fax or email for your provider, and we will send the results upon completion.
