If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.  This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mass Spec Solutions, Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Payment process is subject to the terms and conditions of the provider. MSS will make efforts to resolve any payment discrepancies as allowed by payment processers terms and conditions.  Shipment of product are also bound under the shippers’ terms and conditions as soon as that third party takes possession over the product. We can no longer be responsible for the item in transit. Possibility of late deliveries do exist. Should a product not arrive within 5 business days of expected arrival, MSS will ship out a new product. Should the customer receive duplicate products, the additional product will be billed if attempted to be put into use.  All products requiring return for processing but arriving with-in 6-months from date shipped to customer. After 6-months, product will be void and refund will not be processed unless requested by customer and required by local, state or federal law.  Submission of samples constitutes permission for MSS to provide an independent physician your information and result for ordering and result review purposes only.  All results should be reviewed with a health care provider. Testing provided is not diagnostic or meant to be a comprehensive analysis and should be used as informational. It does not include all information about conditions, treatments, medications, side effects or risks that may apply to specific patients. MSS operates in accordance with all CLIA regulations and the State of Florida regulations.  Testing is provided through CLIA Lab Developed Testing (LDT) regulations. Testing does not require and is not an approved 510(k) medical device (test) with the FDA.    We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, for a period of time we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
